Although, through the multiple tracks released from it so far ‘ Mr. If this song is any indication to what the album by Bronson will be in his upcoming album, it’ll be well worth the purchase. Displaying that Chances verse brings a positive and truthful vibe to this track that strongly compliments Bronson’s abilities and own content. I hope there’s always snow in your driveway’ ( A funny line no doubt). Some of Chance’s hopes for this person are ‘ I hope you happy, I hope you happy I hope you ruined this shit for a reason, I hope you happy, igh‘ (Displaying a more serious tone, as seen in the last two or three lines of his verse ) and ‘I hope your titties all saggy in your early 20’s. On this track Chance provides a hilarious view on his hopes for (a presumed) past lover, wishing upon them some minor annoyances, and some personal anecdotes in a comical and entertaining content way.
Working to soon release an album called ‘ Surf’ in collabortaion with Sox and Donnie. Chance is now working on a new project with ‘ Donnie Trumpet’ in a band called ‘ SOX’. His mixtape ‘Acid Rap’ was a source of high praise in the hip-hop community for it’s originality, progressive themes, and quality. Over the past three-four years, Chance has been making some very positive, and well received moves in the game. To some this was an unexpected appearance, yet a very welcome one. Now, one of the defining points on this single, and arguably some of it’s main appeal is the appearance made by ‘ Chance the Rapper’. Complimenting both artists and their abilities. It suits both Bronson’s and Chance’s abilities, flow and lyrics perfectly. Although it may be a weird choice for such content, it’s perfect. Although the content of the song is aimed towards a slightly satire look at Bronson’s experiences with a girl, the beat itself is upbeat, and almost happy.
The beat is a moderately paced instrumental, featuring an upbeat drum through out, along with trumpets, and a xylophone.
Bronson attacks the beat in a more serious vibe than Chance seemingly does, but still easily manages to provide two very entertaining and talented verses. The first verse of the song sums the song up quite nicely, such as in the following lines ‘ Things change now my dashboard wooden, all black Benz like a young Doc Gooden’ (Speaking of how his life has changed) and ‘ Because you treat me like shit’. Wonderful himself, along with how he has come up regarding money, lifestyle, sex, etc. In the song Action Bronson speaks of a past lover, his experience with her, and her mistreatment of Mr. Chance the Rapper’ has once again shown Action Bronson’s value as an artist, and the true potential of his upcoming album. This is the fourth single that he has made available for the public, with his previous songs receiving a high level of praise from listeners. The food loving, red bearded, lyrical entertainer we all know as ‘ Action Bronson’ has once again released another killer track from his upcoming album ‘ Mr.
